Slow down, refill your cup, and melt into the gentle supports provided as you rest in longer-held postures to calm your nervous system. Let Bec guide you into a deep state of rest with visualisations and gentle stories until you find yourself in the deepest, most satisfying state of peace imaginable.
Please avoid any caffeine aside from early morning on the day you attend to get the most benefit. It is very difficult to get into a deep parasympathetic state and enjoy stillness when you have consumed stimulants.
Please arrive 15 minutes early so you can settle into the space, as late arrivals disturb the peace of the people who have come, especially for time to access deep rest.
All props are provided; just bring two towels to drape over the provided props and pack a water bottle.

Ecstatic Dance
An Elemental Ecstatic Dance Experience
The evening is a playful and unique experience of the 5 Sacred Elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, & Void through ecstatic dance, freeform movement, ritual embodiment, gentle breathwork & contact improvisation. We'll start with some gentle, guided & blindfolded movement to drop entirely into our body and sense without caring how we look. Giving us full permission to be in our own expression. The fully curated music, sound healing and guided movements will gradually become more freeform as we expand and explore the possibilities of free-form locomotion and connection with others through improv-like contact play, with the option to take off the blindfold at any time. No experience in any of these modalities is necessary. Everything you need will be guided and taught on the evening. Come as you are! We have a strictly limited capacity, so make sure to book in! You don't want to miss this one!

We are living more fast-paced crazy lives than ever, and our nervous systems are not designed for this. This is why we often don't feel good, why we don't have energy, and why we need time to slow down and re-fill our cups. This is perfect for anyone that feels low on energy, low in mood more often than they would like or people who are too wired and have trouble sleeping.
You will spend time in gentle yin poses with props to support you, as well as massage balls to release trigger points in tight muscles. All poses are seated or lying down so you can really relax and calm your nervous system right down. We hold poses for longer so you can really relax into them and let your heart rate and breath slow right down.
All props are provided, just bring two towels to drape over the props you are given.
If you are a shift worker, have a busy high stress job or children, it's a no brainer - you have to come and treat yourself to this.

Yin is a type of yoga that targets the deep muscle tissues of the body called fascia where trigger points (or knots) can form when you’re stressed. The deep stretches in yin work to release pain and tension in the fascia by holding passive postures for an extended period of time, allowing the fascia to soften and release. This workshop will allow you to de stress, lower your anxiety and reconnect back to your self.
All props are provided, just bring two towels to drape over the props you are given and a water bottle. Please arrive 15 mins early so that you can settle into the space.

Join us for a 90min Yin Yoga Sound Immersion with live music and deep healing. The gorgeous Zoe will guide you through a restorative and relaxing yin sequence designed to drop you in to state of deep contentment, and whilst Dani serenades you with her sweet and heartfelt voice.

Sound Healing Yin Yoga Workshop
Why you will love it?
A very special workshop where you can enjoy 1.5 hours of pure bliss, gentle therapeutic movement through Yin Yoga and the healing vibrations of crystal chakra singing bowls, shaman drums and channeled sound through song. The entire class will take you on a slow, rhythmic journey with the intention of healing, releasing tension and bringing you into energetic harmony!
Yin Yoga targets connective tissue to release stuck places and allow your energy to flow freely to every cell. Originally a Daoist form of yoga, yin yoga also stimulates the meridians or energy channels that run through the body, helping to release energy blockages that can arise due to stress, injury or trauma.
Our bodies are not designed to be on the go all the time most activities we engage in expend energy rather than restore it and then we wonder why we start to feel weak, low or unwell. This workshop will refill your cup and give your body a chance to rebuild and recuperate.

This Beginners Course will help you to get you started with Pilates.
