A cup of tea can hold a world of plant based medicine benefits. The ritual of drinking tea can transport us mentally and emotionally to a better place than we found ourselves in sometimes at the end of a big or stressful week. Tea is a little concoction of healing leaves and flowers that reminds you to stop, sip and breathe. Almost as relaxing as a yin class, find 10 minutes for yourself to enjoy a nice soothing tea before bed.

  • Passion flower

  • Tulsi

  • Lavender

  • Lemon balm

  • Chamomile

I buy what ever I can locally at Flannerys in Robina and then source some of my dried herbs and leaves online (make sure they are high quality and organic if possible). If you can’t source any of the ingredients don’t stress just leave that one out it’ll still be just as relaxing and delicious.. try adding a little raw honey for an extra treat!
